Refund policy

 
For art supplies and artworks

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, in the case of artwork it will be repaired. Send us an email at enquiries@boulevart.com.sg or WhatsApp/Telegram us at +65 8922 6046.

 

For art jamming sessions

No cancellation allowed upon purchase. The session is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We understand that you may be unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, so we allow one time of rescheduling to another session within 2 months, subject to availability. The session is also transferable, you can get another person to attend in your stead.

However, we reserve the right to cancel the session for any reason. Prior notice will be given and you will be offered the option to reschedule or a full refund.

 
For private workshops and corporate teambonding sessions

No cancellation allowed upon purchase. The session is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Due to the group booking nature for these activities, we do not allow rescheduling for any no-shows. The group can arrange among themselves for replacement. 

However, we reserve the right to cancel the session for any reason. Prior notice will be given and you will be offered the option to reschedule or a full refund.
